The breakfast here offers a variety of delicious options, including non-dairy milk, which I appreciate, and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable with a beautiful view, balcony.

It was in a good position so both Salo & Gardone Riviera were close by. We also had a beautiful view of both the lake & the mountains.
We had a superior room but only had a shower that was attached to the both and was not attached high on the wall so made showering a little less relaxing.

The hotel had comfortable beds and a nice pool area. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.- The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, as I couldn't make tea or coffee. The noise from the nearby main road was a bit bothersome at times.

We stayed half-board and the evening meal was excellent - good choice and well-cooked and very good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great for the kids and the room had wonderful views, two balconies and a jacuzzi bath!
Bit too far out of Salo to walk in, although only a short walk across the road to the Lake's shores, where the kids could paddle. Quite a busy road.

Daily cleaning of the room was excellent. All staff were warm and friendly. Food menu for breakfast and evening meal was very good.
We stayed in a triple room which unfortunately had poor shower facilities. The shower head bracket was fixed extremely low on the wall and to comfortably use the shower you had to manually shower yourself with the removeable head - you could not stand under the shower head because the position was far too low. The shower facitities should be as the single and double rooms. I definitely would not book a triple room again beacuse of this.

Friendly staff, good food, free parking, discount for swimming pool nearby, room with balcony and nice view.
Small bathroom and no place to place put down cosmetic products. Very small TV with only 3 non italian channels. Dining room needs a renovation urgently, furniture in room could be replaced, is pretty worn out.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location on the outskirts of a little town was perfect for us. We were able to easily explore the area and the ferry terminal was close by for convenient transportation. The service and housekeeping were top-notch. The staff, especially Markus the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of choices and even gluten-free and dairy-free options available. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and authentic building, with lovely grounds and a pool that provided stunning views. The photos truly do not capture the true beauty of this venue. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a good stay overall. the room I stayed in was recently refurbished and had a garden view and balcony. - I was offered non-dairy milk for breakfast. - the location was excellent, close to other places. - I found a café called Gelateria Pinguino Giallo within a 5-minute walk of the hotel.

This hotel has everything I could ask for. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was a breeze with their underground parking facilities. The hotel was in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the promenade around the lake, making transportation easy. The breakfast was exceptional, with many delicious options to choose from, and the staff made the experience even better, always friendly and helpful.
Nothing to fault.
